Dr Tim Smart as Product Manager, Risk (Life Company).
In clinical and general practice for 20 years, Dr Smart also held various management positions in the medical business sector, largely involved in the purchase of health services and pharmaceuticals at a national level. In 1997, Dr Smart became Executive Director of the Health Funds Association of New Zealand, the industry body for the health insurers.
Dr Smart is qualified MBChB, has a Diploma in Obstetrics, FRNZP, an MBA and a Certificate in Health Economics.
Dr Smart comes to Royal & SunAlliance
from Tower Health & Life where he was Head of Risk Management
Services.
