At its recent half-year conference the group also confirmed its commitment to rewarding members based on their production with the announcement of production-based subsidies to its members.
General manager Keith Walter says that CRM licence fees and lead generation will now be subsidised by Planet.
“Because we have a flat ownership structure where each practice has an equal shareholding, it has always been Planet’s intention to pay only modest dividends but to reward the writers with subsidies.
Planet has chosen E-Broker as its CRM of choice due to its functionality and “its independence from both insurance companies and other groups.”
