One landlord, a self-employed Mairangi Bay woman, says her tenant's behaviour left her so scarred, she's sold her rental property and has vowed never to be a landlord again.
Another landlord, a Glenfield woman, had her Albany property trashed just five days after renting it out to a young couple.
The couple went on a drink-fuelled rampage, leaving the woman with $2200 in damage.
