Nestle New Zealand has put its manufacturing and processing facility in Waiuku, which it vacated last year, up for tender through Dave Stanley, of Bayleys Counties. The tender closes on September 10.
Also for sale is an unrelated industrial complex in Keeling Rd, Henderson, with three well-established tenants and plenty of spare land for development or subdivision.
