Born in New York, Grosse has a doctorate in clinical psychology and is also an ordained rabbi. His main focus is based around how the mind, body and spirit all play a part in the success we attain.

The initial part of his career, Grosse focused on marriage and family counseling. While working in this area, he noticed that the same issues often carried into his clients’ business lives and set about extending his client base. He now coaches  business people and is also a sought-after mentor, business speaker and author.

Grosse will be speaking on a range of topics, one of which will be wealth creation. “This is a highly relevant topic for NZPIF delegates,” says Mark Williams, president of the Rotorua property investors’ association. “Through this they will also gain a huge amount of value on other levels, such as motivation, inspiration and personal growth.”

According to Grosse there is a process to wealth creation, which can be summarised in four stages: Make it, shelter it, re-invest it and pass it on. Coupled with this, says Grosse, is a psychology to investing. And part of that is dealing with a willingness to be wealthy. A key part of his message is getting people to investigate  what is holding them back and then using those things to crate a “head of steam” that powers them forward – a message very much inline with this year’s conference theme, “steaming ahead”.

“Investing is a source of wealth creating,” says Grosse, “and property is a great way to do it.”

Grosse will be speaking at the NZPIF conference in Rotorua on October 24-26. For more information or to register, go to www.propertyconference.org.nz
