Good Returns is committed to customer service and we have a stated service target of three days from order to delivery. However our internal goal is that customers will receive their books the following day after they place an order. We achieve this in at least 90% of cases.

How does it work?
Good Returns will provide specific 'tagged' URLs, which contain your unique Affiliate ID, for each of the books you decide to feature on your site.
When a visitor clicks on your link, a cookie is set on their computer. Our bookstore then reads this cookie and identifies the customers as been referred from your web site.
This enables Good Returns to track sales and enquiries submitted through your web site and subsequently calculate your affiliate commissions.
How do you become an Affiliate?
Joining is simple.
- Go to the affiliate log in and create an account. Once your application is approved, Good Returns will send you a contract detailing the terms and conditions of the affiliate agreement, which you will need to sign and return.
- Good Returns will then issue you with an Affiliate ID number which uniquely identifies all sales originating through your site.
- You create links from your web site to the Good Returns bookstore homepage or include a book page featuring a selection of book pictures, descriptions and links.
Features of the Affiliate Programme:
- Commission – you earn a 10% commission from books sales made via your web site. Good Returns will pay you 10% on each book sold (in NZD, excluding GST and p&p).
- Payments and Reporting – Sales reports are provided quarterly, and commission payments paid directly into your bank account. The minimum commission level we payout is NZ$50. If your commissions for the quarter do not reach this level, the balance will simply accrue until it reaches NZ$50. There is no time limit on reaching the minimum payout.
- Service - Good Returns will be responsible for all aspects of book order processing, fulfilment, payment processing and customer service. You simply supply the link from your web site and earn commissions!
- Creating your links – Good Returns will provide you with simple instructions on how to create links to our bookstore complete with your affiliate ID. Alternatively we recommend that you set up your own book page featuring books specific to your industry, and include book images, descriptions and 'buy now' links. Creating your book page or link is your responsibility, but Good Returns can provide suggestions and advice on how you can do this.
- Affiliate Support - We will send you a regular newsletter via email, detailing new books for you to add to your site, any special deals or other information you need to know. We will also notify you of any books which should be removed if they go out of print or become out of date.
