This knowledge based workshop is designed to assist you in understanding and applying the professional standards expected of insurance brokers under current legislation. Covering the professional practice that underpins those standards, this course will enable you to understand the aspects of professional conduct and the Code of Ethics that are essential for any adviser who wants to succeed in the financial industry. The workshop includes discussion and small group activities which will reinforce your understanding and application of all you learn.
