IBANZ - Women in Leadership

This 3-hour personal development programme is designed for women in leadership roles. Participants will explore through dialogues their strengths, values, wishes and aspirations as a leader. It is a opportunity to identify the core factors that enable success as a woman in a leadership role and imagining how these can be incorporated as one grows into their positive potential. The exercises are designed to assist one to gain clarity and purpose for moving forward as well as giving a fresh perspective on the future. In this programme an Appreciative Inquiry (Positive Change) model has been specifically adapted for exploring this topic. It is a process that uses collaborative inquiry, innovation and strategic visioning to unleash the positive leadership potential of individuals and organisations. As a strength-based approcach to creating change, it taps into the true potential of participants and inspires them to take further action.
