One of the biggest news items for property investors in the past week has been the return to Parliament of the Residential Tenancies Act.
We had a brief piece in last week's newsletter on the changes - unfortunately there were a couple of mistakes in that report. You can read more about the actual changes on Landlords today.
The theme of the week has been that there appears to be more good news for the market with strong immigration numbers and an economic indicator pointing to better times ahead for house prices.
