Royal SunAlliance managing director Tim Sole has taken over the chair of the Insurance and Savings Ombudsman board.
He replaces National Insurance's Paul Hunt who resigned from the position recently.
Sole says the next six months will be very busy for the board as it is reviewing the ombudsman scheme's paramete.
