Former finance minister Ruth Richardson has been appointed chairman of Fiduciary Ltd, the holding company for FPG Research.
Richardson also chairs Dairy Brands and venture capital vehicle Pacific Capital Investment Fund. She is also a director of rural services company Wrightsons and Christchurch software company Aoraki Corporation.
