Guardian Assurance has made three new appointments.
Ross Weavers has been promoted to investment director and joins the board as executive director.
Susan Davison joins Guardian on January 12 to take up the position of customer relationships manager.
She has a wealth of experience in the industry, particulalry in underwriting, and she will be Guardian's chief underwriter and will be responsible for new business, contracts administration, customer services, underwriting and human resources.
Barbara McLean also joins the company on January 12 and will take up the position of Broker Development Manager.
