All three Tower Corporation directors who stood for re-election to the board have been re-elected unopposed for a further three years.
Those re-elected were well-known Auckland company director Sir Colin Maiden, Elisabeth Davis who is a published author and a director of National Insurance Life and Health, and Lindsay Cuming who is a Melbourne-based company director.
"This is the first unopposed election since Tower's privatisation in 1990," chairman Colin Beyer says.
