Denys Wright has taken over the chair of the Association of Investment Advisers and Financial Planners following the resignation of Rodger Spiller.
Phillip Matthews has become the deputy chairman, replacing Mark Hubber.
Other new members are Andrew Nuttall and Stephen O'Connor, from the association's Southern region, and Bernard Gresham representing the Central region.
Former board member Paul Forder has also rejoined the committee.
