Ian Smedley has been promoted to the new position of manager organisational development for Guardian Trust.
In this role he will be responsible for integrating training and development initiatives across the company.
He was formerly Northern Sales Manager responsible for promoting all Guardian Trust's services in the northern area.
Smedley had a significant profile among financial intermediaries from his former role as business
development manager for Guardian Trust Funds Management. A replacement will be appointed soon.. as
