Andrea Pettett has been appointed executive director of the Health Funds Association of New Zealand.
She replaces Tim Smart.
Pettett previously was consulting on ACC reforms and prior to that was chief executive of the General Practioners' Association.
She has a law degree, is a patent attonery and has an honours degree in biochemistry.
