Bank of New Zealand has appointed Alan Strang to the new position of general manager of private banking.
Strang will be responsible for BNZ's team of private banking managers throughout New Zealand. Private banking provides the full range of banking services for BNZ's highest value personal customers, particularly in the areas of investment and insurance.
It has 10 private banking managers and 15 investment consultants nationwide.
Strang has been with BNZ since 1972. Before taking up this position he was regional sales manager for Waikato/Bay of Plenty.
