National Mutual general manager distribution, Mark Wilson, is moving to Hong Kong to take up a position with AXA China Region.
There he will be the general manager of sales and marketing and will be responsible for 5000 staff. Wilson takes up the role in July.
AXA's China Region business has long been considered the jewel in the crown of the global financial services organisation.
(National Mutual, which is 51 per cent owned by AXA, will change its name to AXA later this year).
