Stephen Poloz is no longer managing editor of the International Bank Credit Analyst (IBCA).
He is now chief economist with the Export Development Corporation in Canada. The EDC is a crown-owned financial institution devoted to providing trade finance services to exporters.
Ian Boeckh is the managing editor (Japan, Australia and New Zealand) at IBCA.
