Colin Baxter has been appointed managing director of Tower Trust in Australia and New Zealand.
He joins Tower from St George's Bank, and has had 20 years in the financial services industry.
Baxter succeeds Brenton Wood who is retiring from Tower Trust Australia and Jim Minto who was the managing director to Tower Trust in New Zealand before moving to run Tower Health.
