The top jobs at the combined Sovereign and Colonial businesses have been decided. As reported earlier Sovereign founders Ian Hendry and Chris Coon keep the roles of group managing director and executive deputy chairman respectively. Sovereign people keep control of mortgages, finance and distribution. Paul Bravo is director of mortgages, Richard Coon is director of finance and David Haak is director of distribution. From Colonial Geer Iseke becomes director of business integration, Julie Powell is director of operations and Catherine Macfarlane takes over human resources. The role of chief operating officer, formerly held by Naomi Ballantyne, has been split between various people.
