Gadsdon has joined Tower Managed Funds as the new business development
manager for the North Island.
After 14 years as a successful sales manager with AXA - and achieving all the management awards on offer - Gadsdon felt he was ready for the new challenges. He joined a property development company as the North Island sales manager in July 2000, but it wasn't long before he realised he wanted to be back in the financial services industry.
He decided to join Tower Managed Funds after talking to people there and finding they shared the same passion as he did for the industry.
Gadsdon's whole philosophy towards his business development role with Tower is based around adding value to advisers' business. "I want to use my experience and my passion for the industry to work together with advisers and find out how and where I can best enhance their business".
