New manager at Perpetual Trust

Perpetual Trust has appointed Grant Birch to the newly created position of loans manager in the Auckland office.
Prior to joining Perpetual Trust, Birch
worked for WestpacTrust as property finance manager. He has been
involved in the commercial lending arena since 1980.
Birch's focus will be sourcing commercial, residential and rural
mortgages for the Perpetual Trust Mortgage Fund.
