They are
looking for two experienced Business Development Managers to
further develop their New Zealand based mortgage broker
channel which yields substantial sales each month. You will
be responsible for establishing rapport whilst developing
new and further enhancing existing relationships with
mortgage brokers.
Your highly polished relationship
building skills, accurate local knowledge and strategic
marketing capabilities will be well utilised to selectively
prospect for new business, analyse market conditions,
contribute to strategy and develop and execute business
plans.
As the successful applicant, you will have
proven experience in business development in the lending
industry and have thorough knowledge and experience in the
mortgage broking process. Your strong and proven commitment
to a team based culture will reflect in your unsurpassed
level of customer service delivery.
Ideally you will
be engaged as a business development professional within a
financial institution marketing your lending product to a
panel of brokers. You will be familiar with an environment
that is autonomous, fast-paced, results driven and bred for
success.
