AIA appoints new business manager

Elizabeth Webb recently joined the AIA operations team as new business manager. This role has been created specifically to improve new business processes, ensuring smooth and efficient processing. Webb brings with her a wealth of experience from her seven years at Tower Health & Life; most recently as the customer services manager.



Andrew Lacy (pictured right) has taken up a new role within AIA as corporate sales manager, encompassing group and corporate alliances. This newly developed role is designed to strengthen relationships within these important areas of business. Lacy was previously the regional manager for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Taranaki regions, based in Tauranga and has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration.


Vaughn Wellington has replaced Andrew Lacy in the position of regional manager for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Taranaki regions. Wellington will develop and maintain relationships with advisers and assist with business growth in these key regions. Wellington, based in Hamilton, was previously an adviser with Broadbase Egmont in New Plymouth and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences.
