Giannoulis gets expanded role

ING New Zealand has appointed Steven Giannoulis to the newly created role of general manager, marketing and investor services.

He is currently general manager marketing and will add management of the client services, registry and office support teams to his existing responsibilities for product management, marketing, communications and brand development.

Giannoulis has 17 years’ experience in the New Zealand financial services industry, in both client service and marketing roles. Before joining ING three years ago, he managed the redevelopment of the Lotto games and brand.

He has a marketing and management degree from Victoria University and will complete an MBA later this year.
