Accident claims long-standing life adviser

Wednesday, June 28th 2006, 5:35AM
A long-standing life insurance adviser was one of four people killed in a car accident in Lower Hutt last weekend.

Ronald Frank Albert Thrush, 79, had been a Guardian Assuarance adviser for many years and was still practising before his death.

Guardian Assuarance was taken over by Royal & SunAlliance (now Asteron) a number of years ago.

Also killed in the accident were his son Gavin (46), daughter-in-law Elizabeth (53), and family friend Heather Taylor (69).

We pass on our condolences to the family, as does Asteron.
