New, but old, MD for AMP Capital

AMP Capital Investors has appointed former managing director Murray Gribben as the replacement for Catherine Savage who resigned recently.

For the past three years Gribben has been the Head of Alternative Assets and Property within AMP Capital Investors in New Zealand managing more than $3 billion of property, private capital and infrastructure investments.

Previously, Gribben was with Henderson Global Investors in the UK where he was a member of the Henderson European Management Team. Prior to his United Kingdom experience, he held a number of senior roles within AMP Capital Investors in New Zealand (formerly AMP Henderson) including three years as managing director. Anthony Edmonds has been the interim MD following Savage's departure.
