Dominion shares suspended indefinitely

The NZX has suspended trading in Dominion Finance Holdings (DFH) shares indefinitely.

With the company's subsidiary Dominion Finance Group Limited (DFG) currently in receivership, and its other principal subsidiary North South Finance Limited progressing a moratorium proposal, neither subsidiary is in a position to provide funding to Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (DFH).

Last week DFH said it would appoint a voluntary administrator. Today it said John Cregten and Andrew McKay of Corporate Finance had been appointed as administrators.
