His new role will focus on providing internal guidance through the industry’s adjustment to legislative changes relating to insurance and financial services practice.
McIntosh brings more than a decade’s experience in the financial and legal services sector to the role, having served in both in-house and private legal practice positions.
His previous roles include a litigation position in a private Auckland law firm, and a position in the Enforcement Department of the Financial Services Authority, which regulates the financial services industry in the UK. He most recently worked as the assistant compliance manager for HSBC New Zealand.
