There are no rate changes to advise again today.  Our latest MortgageWatch looks into the past relatively quiet week in the home loan market with only a handful of smaller lenders making changes to their mortgage rates.

In the past few weeks there has been a lot of talk about how the Parliament's Finance and Expenditure Committee has been slamming banks for failing to pass on cuts to the official cash rate to their floating and fixed term mortgage rates, now the FEC has backed down on threats to launch an inquiry into banking practices.
