Quiet start to week

Monday, September 28th 2009, 8:37AM

It's a quiet start to the week, after a busy end last week. The week closed out with increases to rates from ASB Bank and its family of lenders. Looking at the rates table it is clear there is now some real differences betweeen what the banks are offering - this is in stark contrast to the long periods of time where there is very little difference to carded rates. No doubt other lenders will follow suit this week and increase longer term rates.
