PSIS has reduced its three-year rate by 10 basis points from 7.80% to 7.70% and its four-year rate by 15 basis points from 8.35% to 8.20%. These two new rates are now the lowest rate for non-bank lenders for these terms and are also well below the median rates for all lenders in our table.
