SBS nudge rates down

SBS has made cuts to its fixed term mortgage rates making them more competitive. Its one-year rate has dropped by 10 basis points to 6.15% taking it below the median of 6.20% for minor banks. It’s two year-rate was also cut by 10 basis points to 7.10% and it’s three-year rate has been reduced by five basis points to 7.70% bringing both rates in line with the medians for minor banks.
