Kiwibank is the latest bank to start raising its fixed home loan rates with its one-year, 18-month and two-year rates increasing by 20 basis points and its six-month rate going up by 24 points to 5.99%.

PSIS upped its six-month and 18-month rates by 15 points and raised its one-year rate by 20.

AMP Home Loans for both its standard and priority products increased its six-month to two-year rates by between 10 and 25 basis points.
