Are we looking at another stand-off between lenders? Surprisingly there are still no changes to mortgage rates since the Official Cash Rate (OCR) went up to 3.00% last Thursday.
After the OCR increase in June, lenders waited seven days before ASB broke the ranks increasing its floating and six-month rate by 25 basis points.
