No lender has changed mortgage rates yet in the wake of yesterday's Official Cash Rate (OCR) review.
Mortgage holders can be reasonably confident floating rates are unlikely to rise for some months as seen in this graph after Reserve Bank governor Alan Bollard left the Official Cash Rate (OCR) unchanged at 3%.
