A change made last week to home loan rates was by HBS Bank.  HBS dropped its six-month and one-year rates by 5 basis points, its two and three-year rates fell by 15 and 70 points respectively and its five-year fixed rate went down by a massive 90 basis points to 7.60%.  Its rates are now at or a little lower than the median rates for the minor banks.
