Another quiet day

It's another quiet day with little to report in terms of rate changes. Interesting though to see others are picking up on the slowly emerging trend that banks are starting to ease their lending criteria ever so slightly.

Also for brokers out there some good discussion is going on over this issue of whether category two advisers should opt in to becoming authorised financial advisers (AFAs). This link takes you straight to the discussion.
