I wonder if O'Malley knows about how Sovereign and Royal secretly alter the promises and benefits and contract wordings over time to disadvantage the policyholder? Shall we watch this new set up and see what happens over time also! Join the dots Naomi! Your recent refusal to swear a statement as to misconduct in the market place signals the quality of your integrity and maybe your future intentions - the turth will prevail however. Convert or join the bad practices brigade.
