Kiwibank has cut its one-year fixed home loan rate by 30 basis points from 6.45% to 6.15% today for a limited time only. Kiwibank Communications Manager Bruce Thompson said they are testing the market and anticipate holding the rate until the end of the month.
Kiwibank now have the lowest one-year rate on offer.
