Ginger makes succession planning alliance
Ginger Group has joined forces with business development coaching leader Shirlaws New Zealand to launch a series of workshops advising business owners on succession planning issues.

Through the new strategic alliance, Shirlaws will deliver business development coaching to more than 400 Ginger Group members.

Ginger Group CEO David Whyte said he had been aware for several years of Shirlaws quality intellectual property.

He said advisers accessing Shirlaws via Ginger Group, "will discover unique and proven methods of improving their business practices, increasing their earnings and creating added value to their businesses."

FSCL claims No One spot
Financial Services Complaints Ltd. (FSCL) has become the largest disputes resolution scheme in the country with more than 4,000 participants.

FSCL's membership includes financial advisers and planners, brokers, finance companies, trustee companies, credit unions, fund managers, superannuation schemes, transactional service providers, card companies and insurers.

"We are delighted with the uptake in membership from so many financial service providers," said FSCL CEO Susan Taylor.

"Providers' confidence in FSCL's people and processes is demonstrated by the fact that so many financial service organisations and individuals have chosen to join FSCL."
