News is a little quiet at the moment. However Rodney Dickens of economics firm SRA is looking like he wants to create some debate about interest rates. Dickens is putting out a series of papers looking at the Reserve Bank, how it sets the OCR and how well it is doing at its job.
We have his first paper here. It's quite a good read, especially if you are a bit of an interest rate junkie.
