TSB has given us a rate change to write about - just. It has removed its one-year special rate of 5.20% (this had lots of conditions) and now is offering a "special" on two-years of 6.28%. However it seems this was its two-year rate anyway.
Whatever the name it is still a pretty sharp rate as you will see in this link where we sort home loan rates, lowest to highest, on the two year term. Only one crowd beats its 6.28%. Have a look.
