The men replace Lyndon Bray who has been appointed to a senior role with Sanzar based in Sydney.
Caldwell has been principal of Waitaki Financial Services for a decade and has a background in banking and finance. He has been a board member for five years and is also chairman of the Waitaki Development Board.
Reddiford is a 25-year industry veteran with an industry background in management and brokering. A graduate of the University of Canterbury's postgraduate management programme, Reddiford comes with a reputation of being fiscally conservative.
The twin appointment will bring to Planet a wide range of skill sets.
