Despite HSBC's move over the weekend to lower its fixed home loan rates there has been no response from other lenders. The big news today, for brokers, is the vote on the future of the NZ Mortgage Brokers Association. We expect that members will vote to wind it up and join forces with the Professional Advsiers Association.
