Smaller players get in on the action

Some of the smaller lenders are now cutting home loan rates. The latest to move is The Co-operative Bank which differs from other lenders and has made across the board rate cuts. See how it compares here

Also SBS and HBS have lowed their one year rates 40 basis points to 5.25%. Here we have sorted the rates table from lowest one year rate to highest. It's a very congested table at the low end.
