Has anyone noticed in his disclosure "Ross Asset Management may, in the course of managing a portfolio.........effect transactions with you or on your behalf where it, or one of its associated persons or interests, has a material interest in the transaction or where the transaction may give rise to a conflict of interest."

By leaving out the word "not" in "may" are the clients effectively giving him permission to do what he wants even if it is a Ponzi scheme?

I wonder if there is any scope for clients to sue the Institute of Chartered Accountants given he was one. Also, sounds as if some AFAs are about to be made an example of by the FMA for recommending this guy to clients.
