Battle in the three-year term

Thursday, March 28th 2013, 6:00AM

We have a couple of rate changes today. Firstly TSB has dropped its three and five year fixed home loan rates.

Also The Co-operative Bank has introduced a three year special (yes a certain amount of equity is required). Also we talked to The Co-operative Bank about its Auckland plans and what it's going to do to a floating rate. Details here.

You can see how they stack up here where we have sorted the three year rate from lowest to highest.
