Listed investment company Kingfish says that it has renewed its management agreement with Fisher Funds Management.
In an announcement to the NZX the directors say the contract has been "renewed in accordance with the terms and process set out in the management agreement for a further five years to 31 March 2019."
"The decision to renew was after a comprehensive review of the requirements of the management agreement both in terms of investment performance and the provision of administrative and corporate services."
